- One-on-One Personal Training: Individual sessions with you and your trainer. Each session includes a warm-up, targeted exercise plan and full body stretch/cool down.
- Partner Training – Two individuals working with one trainer. Sessions will be geared to individuals’ ability/level while maintaining a fun, dynamic intensity suited to each person.
- Trio Training – Three individuals working with one trainer.
- Small Group Conditioning Classes – Strengthen and tone your entire body while increasing stamina, flexibility and cardiovascular health. You will receive all the benefits of a trainer in a small group setting.
- On Course Kids – Fun workouts designed for youths, juniors and teens that address individual needs like agility, accuracy, stamina, flexibility, balance, coordination, speed and strength. Workouts will be structured toward the individual’s primary sport where applicable.
- Young Adults with Disabilities – We have over 13 years of experience working with young adults with disabilities.
- Golf Conditioning – Improve your overall performance, identify deficiencies in your swing and take your game to the next level with a customized, golf specific workout plan. Our trainers are Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified.
